There are a total of 130 seats available for the course, with 80 seats reserved for offline classes on a First Come First Served Basis (FSFS) and the remaining 50 seats for online admission.

JMI will be providing a brief training program on AI & ML
The Department of Computer Engineering at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is set to host a three-week short-term training programme (STTP) on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in a hybrid format. Individuals who have completed their diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, or PhD with a background in mathematics are eligible to enroll in the course.
A total of 130 seats are available for the course, with 80 students being selected for offline classes on a first-come, first-served (FSFS) basis, and 50 students being accepted for online classes. The 50-hour short-term training programme is scheduled to run from July 1 to July 19.

The programme will consist of theory classes lasting 20 hours and hands-on practical training for 30 hours. It will cover five modules: introduction to AI and Python basics, applied data science with Python, machine learning algorithms, deep learning for computer vision with Keras and TensorFlow, and deep learning for NLP with Keras and TensorFlow.
Professionals from JMI and other esteemed central/foreign universities, IITs, NIITs, IIITs, and industry will serve as the instructors for the course.
JMI and Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) are currently accepting applications from students who wish to learn the Urdu language. This one-year course is designed for students with a background in Hindi or English medium. Admissions are available year-round, and those interested can submit their applications via the official website at jmi.ac.in.
