India has become a member of the HealthAI Global Regulatory Network (GRN) to enhance the supervision of Artificial Intelligence in the healthcare sector

India will collaborate with HealthAI, together with countries like the UK and Singapore, to exchange safety protocols and oversee AI operations in healthcare environments.
The initiative aims to establish India as a worldwide center for skilled AI professionals, while integrating AI into public services, startups, and employment opportunities.

HealthAI and GRN
HealthAI is an independent nonprofit organization in Geneva that advocates for fair access to AI-driven health advancements.
It collaborates with governments, international entities, and worldwide health authorities.
Its primary emphasis is on the governance and regulation of AI to ensure that healthcare is safe, secure, and inclusive.
Global Regulatory Network (GRN) serves as a platform for regulators to exchange safety standards, best practices, and oversight strategies.
Members can access the Global Public Repository of AI-related Health Registered Solutions.
