Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, has responded to the most recent summons from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) related to the excise policy case. He has indicated his readiness to appear before the agency via video-conferencing after March 12, as per government sources on Monday.
Kejriwal has previously avoided multiple summonses from the ED, labeling them as illegal and requesting the agency to hold off as the matter was under judicial consideration. Despite his stance that the summonses are "illegal", he has expressed his willingness to respond to the probe agency's queries.

Furthermore, Kejriwal is required to make a personal appearance before a city court on March 16. The court has demanded his presence in a complaint case filed by the ED over his evasion of its summonses.
