The first phase of polling in Rajasthan's 12 Lok Sabha constituencies saw approximately 10.6% of the 2.54 crore eligible voters casting their votes by 9 am. The electoral fray includes 114 candidates, among them Union Ministers Arjun Ram Meghwal and Bhupendra Yadav.
The constituencies participating in this phase include Sriganganagar, Bikaner, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Jaipur-rural, Jaipur, Alwar, Bharatpur, Karauli-Dholpur, Dausa, and Nagaur. The BJP is fielding candidates in all 12 seats, while the Congress has formed alliances with the CPI-M for the Sikar seat and the BSP for all 12 seats. Additionally, candidates from 24 other political parties are contesting in this phase.

The first phase also sees 102 male and 12 female candidates vying for electoral success. To ensure free and fair polling and maintain law and order, 24,370 polling booths have been established, and 76,962 police personnel, including home guards and RAC jawans, have been deployed. Furthermore, 175 companies of the Central Police Force have been positioned across the state.
