During a recent rally in Pathanamthitta, Kerala, Prime Minister Narendra Modi confidently predicted the BJP's electoral success in the state for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections. He expressed his belief that the 'Lotus'—the party's symbol—would bloom in Kerala, attributing the state's challenges to the current administration's corruption and inefficiency.
Modi criticized the ruling Left and Congress parties, claiming their governance has led to widespread suffering among the populace. He emphasized the necessity of breaking the cycle of alternating LDF and UDF governments to bring about positive change.

Reflecting on the previous elections, Modi highlighted the BJP's growth in voter support and suggested that the achievement of securing a significant number of seats was within reach. He also addressed the neglect of rubber farmers' issues by the current state governments and pointed out the decline in law and order.
The event saw the presence of NDA's Lok Sabha candidates from various constituencies, including V Muraleedharan, Anil K Antony, Sobha Surendran, and Baiju Kalasala. Padmaja Venugopal, a recent BJP inductee and former Congress member, was also in attendance, marking her support for the party's vision for Kerala.
