Minister of Refugees of the Islamic Emirate, Alhaji Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani was killed this afternoon in a barbaric attack by the enemies in an explosion at the Ministry of Refugees, said Kabul police in a statement refering to militant group Islamic State Khorasan which claimed responsibility for the attack.
The announcement follows India’s call for the safety and welfare of minorities, particularly Hindus, during discussions with Bangladeshi leadership.
