Participants are expected to include Dheeraj Sahu, Additional Secretary at the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ashish Kulkarni, Chairman of the FICCI AVGC Forum, Rajan Navani, Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of JetSynthesys, and Sonam Bhagat, Chief Executive Officer of Vygr.

Two volunteers from MyBharat will also participate in the conversation.
The outcomes of the discussions will be presented during the concluding session of the webinar. Ashwini Vaishnaw, Minister of Information and Broadcasting, will deliver a special address at 05:25 PM.
According to the ministry, stakeholders including educational institutions, industry organizations, startups, creators, students, and parents are encouraged to join the webinar and contribute to the discussions.
Officials said the initiative is expected to help identify practical steps for implementing the AVGC Content Creator Labs proposal and strengthen creative and digital skill development among young people in India.
