Deputy Commissioner of Police Southeast Delhi said the accused — all aged between 22 and 26 — gave them cold drinks laced with alcohol and took them to various places including Gurgaon before raping them in a house in Kasturba Niketan area.

Five men were arrested on Nov 11 for allegedly sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl and her 22-year-old aunt a day before in southeast Delhi, police said.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Southeast Delhi Ravi Kumar Singh was quoted as saying the victims complained that they were near a club in southeast Delhi around midnight.

“While they were standing outside, the accused men approached them in a car and offered them a ride to another club in Malviya Nagar or Gurgaon. During the ride, the victims alleged that the accused gave them cold drinks laced with alcohol,” Singh said.
According to their complaint, the men took them to various places including Gurgaon before they brought them to a house in Kasturba Niketan and sexually assaulted them, police said, adding that one of them dropped them off near their home.
“The next morning, they visited Safdarjung Hospital due to abdominal pain where the minor was admitted. The hospital administration consequently informed the police,” Singh added.
Police identified the accused as Shivam Parchha, Aman Pal, Ashish alias Anshuman, Amar Mehra, and Abhishek alias Ishu, all aged between 22 and 26, and working as drivers and security guards.
They have booked under sections 64(1) (punishment for rape) and 70(1) (gangrape) of the BNS and Section 4 (punishment for penetrative sexual assault) of the POCSO Act, DCP Singh said, adding that police have also seized the car used in the crime.
