NEW DELHI: On Wednesday morning, numerous schools in Delhi-NCR received bomb threats via email, prompting them to send students home as a safety measure. As per TV reports, the threat mail was received by over 50 schools.
DCP Central, Devesh Kumar Mahla, assured, “We’ve inspected all the schools and found nothing alarming, there is no need to panic.”

The list of notable schools that received the bomb threat includes:
Dog squads, along with Delhi and Noida Police, have arrived at the locations to conduct a thorough inspection of the premises.
A spokesperson for the Delhi Police stated, “During the initial investigation, it appears that the same mail has been sent to multiple places since yesterday. The date line is not mentioned and BCC is used in the mail, indicating that one mail has been sent to many places. An investigation is currently underway.”
