Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah was killed by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) on Sep 28 that has been killed in airstrikes in Beirut. The IDF stated in a post on ‘X’, "Hassan Nasrallah will no longer be able to instil fear in the world.”
In a significant escalation of the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hezbollah, the IDF confirmed the death of Nasrallah, long considered a high-value target. His death raises concerns about further retaliation, which could have broader implications for regional stability.

An unprecedented escalation in the ongoing conflict between Hezbollah and Israel occurred when Israel unleashed pager explosions targeting Hezbollah’s communication devices in Lebanon on Sep 18 and 19.
