Teaching is A very Interesting and Challenging Profession. It has evolved Our a long period of time And Made a lot of progress. However with the emergence Of the VUCA and BANI Reality is of the world It needs to further evolve And keep up with the changing times. Teaching is a very rewarding profession and with keeping pace with changing times, it can stay relevant and create and add meaniningful value and impact to the students, organisations and society.

Management education And teaching And training Needs to keep up With the changing times. There is a need for New ideas New concepts New methods New technologies And even your philosophies 4 Staying relevant and adding value to The students, organisations and to society.

One important Philosophy Management education Can be s ee philosophy. The purpose of the philosophy is To add value To the students life So They into one can add value and impact to the organization and to the society.

The sea philosophy has Three components. The first component is Simplicity. It is very important That any complex concept Is explained in a very simple And easy to understand way. The teacher needs to put himself in the shoes of the students Understand them Understand their vocabulary And explain the things In a simple way Which is easy to understand For the students.

The second component is making teaching and learning enjoyable. It is important that student enjoy the learning in the classroom. The psychology of learning shows that when the student is enjoying the teaching / learning, he gets it in a better way and remembers it for the long time.

The third component is experiential learning. It is important that the students experience the concept being taught. While experining it, they understand it, they relate with it, they find out what it is and how it works and what are their challenges with it and how to overcome these challenges and if this is going to work for them or not.

Put together this is the SEE Philosophy i.e. Simplicity, Enjoyable, Experiential Philosophy. The author has practiced this for over a decade now across mulytiple formats and audiences. He has found it quite an effective way of teaching in a regular post graduate programs, undergraduate programs, executive programs, trainings.
