The initiative will provide structured, no-cost coaching for major state and national recruitment exams while also introducing cash awards to recognize outstanding Class 10 and 12 students.

Madhya Pradesh will launch “Mama Coaching Classes,” introducing free preparation support for competitive examinations in Vidisha, Raisen, and Bhairuunda.
The initiative is being rolled out ahead of March 5, which will be observed in Vidisha as Prem-Seva Sankalp Diwas to mark his birthday. Education and talent promotion form a central part of the five pledges planned for the occasion.

The coaching program is being presented as a concrete measure to expand opportunities for young aspirants across the region.
The classes will offer structured preparation for examinations including banking recruitment tests, Staff Selection Commission exams, Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission exams, Defence Research and Development Organization recruitment, and Forest Service examinations.
The objective is to strengthen students’ ability to compete in both state and national-level recruitment processes.
The program is expected to reduce the financial strain commonly associated with private coaching institutes. By providing free access, it seeks to support students from diverse economic backgrounds who are preparing for government and professional careers.
The emphasis will be on conceptual clarity, exam strategy, and disciplined preparation. By launching the initiative in Vidisha, Raisen, and Bhairuunda, the focus is on districts where many candidates currently rely on self-study due to limited access to organized coaching facilities.
Education and talent development have been highlighted as key pillars of the broader commitments linked to March 5. The coaching initiative is being positioned as a long-term step toward enhancing youth employability and academic growth.
In addition to the coaching launch, “Prem-Sundar Pratibha Samman” will be introduced in memory of his parents.
Under the scheme, Class 10 and Class 12 toppers from eight Vidisha Lok Sabha constituencies will receive ₹51,000, ₹31,000, and ₹21,000. The top three performers at the Lok Sabha level will also be awarded special prizes.
Other initiatives, including healthcare and social outreach campaigns, are scheduled to be announced during the program.
However, the primary focus remains on expanding educational support and recognizing academic excellence among students in the region.
